Shipping & Returns Policy
PeakXV Ltd. Operates a shipping rate policy based primarily on the weight/size of purchased items.
By default, carriage on ALL items is uninsured, unless the "Recorded Delivery" option is specified at CheckOut.
PeakXV Ltd. Cannot be held responsible for loss of items sent without the Recorded Delivery option selected, as such, the use of this service is highly recommended.
Any item that is sent via recorded delivery can be tracked, and if proven lost, PeakXV will issue either a replacement product, or a full refund (including delivery charges).
If the item(s) in question have been signed for, PeakXV will provide a copy of the signature, though cannot be held liable in this situation.
Any item sent by recorded delivery requires a signature to confirm receipt, if you miss delivery of your item, it may be returned to a depot or left with a neighbour, PeakXV relinquishes all responsibility at this point.
In certain cases, if a delivery is missed, and not collected for a certain period of time, an order may be returned to us. In which case, PeakXV Ltd. Will arrange re-delivery, though an additional delivery charge will apply.

If you receive an item which is not as described on the website, please let us know exactly how the item received differs from the item's description.
If your item arrives damaged, PeakXV Ltd. can only accept liability if the Recorded Delivery option was selected at CheckOut.
If you no longer need an item, or would simply like to return it. Please contact us, we may arrange either a refund or exchange, though unfortunately carriage back to us cannot be covered.
